Episode 14 – About Gold and Silver in Canada

This may be the most well organized podcast yet. I think I do better when I record them at home. What do you think?

It’s a brief overview of why a Canadian would want to have gold and silver bullion and coins, where to get them, what to expect and a couple tips on identifying them. If nothing else, you’ll have a nice little Pirate Treasure to leave to the children or grandchildren.

Note buying from the Canadian Mint directly (via the website at least) they will charge you over 5 times spot price for silver. The same goes for gold (though not 5 times the price, but at least double in most cases). This is because your usually buying ‘collector’ coins from them. Its possible to buy from the mint their ‘regular’ rounds which come from the mint but not directly from the mint. You have to go to a reputable dealer for it.

    True! Good addition! Thank you!

I believe you, I’m sure! Will this be possible to be able to have your blog post translated in Greek? English is actually my second language.

  4. CdnGuy Says:

Unfortunately, no. I could use an automatic translator, but those things are always off by a bit. Some of the things we talk about need to be very specific.

This is a fantastic article about silver. I own silver bullion together with colloidal silver. I cannot live without it. Greatful I found your info.

Thank you. I look forward to checking out your site. Colloidal silver is an interesting topic – I should do a podcast on those sorts of remedies.
