Episode 16 – Introducing Preparedness to Your Kids
Oct 25, 2009 Family Preparedness
Preparedness is a family thing and as such, it can have it’s good times and rough times. Especially if this is a new thing that you are introducing to the kids. I talk about some ideas on introducing it to toddlers, the 5 to Tween crew, teenagers and grown kids. Hopefully this gets your grey matter spinning on bringing your kids into the preparedness fold – even if you don’t have kids yet!
Sound quality starts out good, then gets bad. I didn’t notice when it changed, until I listened to it just now. My apologies. I forgot to unplug the computer. It’s the inverter introducing that noise. Maybe I should get a better inverter.
What’s with the army baby? I just think he’s cute and funny and it sort of relates to this topic.

Hey Guy! It was great to hear you on the road podcasting again. Sorry to hear about the crud your family had to put up with last week, but you seem to have come through it OK. It’s great to have you back.

Good to be back. Hopefully things are worked out with all of that and some other little niggling things. I really would like to start getting up earlier and doing the podcast at home. That leaves my evenings open for studying, family and writing.
