Having all the foodstuffs, water filters, bug-out bags (BOB’s), bug-out location, and solar power in the world isn’t going to help you one bit, if you aren’t fit enough to do things like split wood and haul water in buckets. Am I that fit right now? Not really – but I’m working on it.
This episode I wanted to share with you some guidelines on setting up a fitness program and looking at your nutrition. Try to keep it simple and without a lot of excessive rules or equipment.
