Episode 38 – Preparing to Sell Your Home, Even If You’re NOT Selling
Apr 23, 2011 Uncategorized
Seems like an odd thing to say. Yet the things we should do to prepare our home to sell are the things that we should do even if we NEVER plan on selling. Why? Because you deserve to have a home that is clean, organized and in good repair just as much as someone who is looking to buy your home. I’d say even more so!
I also look at an option to going the traditional real estate agent route for selling your home. It’s based solely on personal experience and you might find it interesting. Check the link below for a FREE BOOK on selling your home yourself.

Episode 5 – About Safety and Security
Sep 21, 2009 Philosophy, Preparedness and Mazlow
Continuing on with the whole Mazlow’s Hierarchy of Needs theme, I’ve moved us up to the second level. Here we try to meet the needs of safety – safety of home, body, family, morality and employment. Again, it’s a brief overview with just a few details. In the coming weeks, once we’ve made it through the hierarchy, we look at a few of these in greater detail.
So far, so good. I don’t think I mentioned this in the podcast like I wanted to, however I read that the hierarchy is used by advertising agencies to sell to our needs and insecurities. I’ll touch on that more tomorrow along with a ‘revelation’ I had about that.
